My name is Denis Gilbert. I'm 40+ years old and I live in Kenmore
(Washington), just outside Seattle in the beautiful but sometimes damp
Pacific Northwest.
I am fortunate to own two 1967 Camaro Z/28's. I found both cars in
New Jersey within a month of each other in late 1999. They are pictured
below.

The Deepwater Blue 1967 Z/28 is the "project
car" slated for restoration to stock condition. I found this car
advertised on the Web, bought it in December 1999, and had it trucked --
along with my wife's 1970 Boss 302 -- from New Jersey to Washington
state. Here's the story of how I found and bought
the car. More (pre-restoration) photos
here in the gallery.
If that's not enough, here's a few hundred
restoration photos.
The Marina Blue 1967 Z/28 is the "survivor
car". In January 2000, I purchased this all-original beauty from a
private collector in New Jersey. It was serviced, tuned, and polished at
Jerry MacNeish's shop in Maryland after which it was shipped home here
in Washington state in early March. More photos
here in the gallery.
